The stated burstable download/upload speeds are top estimates of what is available at the subscriber's
tier level. Speeds are not guaranteed to be the
maxiumum upper limit of the tier range.
The stated estimate of "up to" a given amount means
that the subscriber's usage may reach
"up to" the
stated amount as the potential upper limit of that tier.
Speeds are
subject to the
factors affecting signal strength at the
subscriber's location. Speeds are also affected by interference
within the home/business from other
wireless devices.

**Data Cap Overages
|
As per our
Internet Service Agreement
any monthly data usage above the stated cap limit is subject to
review by management and could
result in:
-
moving the subscriber to a Service Tier level appropriate to the subscriber's current data usage, upon the
subscriber's approval.
- assessing an Overage Charge of an additional $10.00 per 100 GB over the subscriber's data cap.
For example, if a subscriber's data cap is 200 GB, but their previous monthly data use was 400 GB, then the
subscriber would be charged an additional $20 for their 200 GB data overage, upon the subscriber's approval.
- having limits placed on the subscriber's download speeds.
If subscribers exceed their data caps during the month, then subscribers' maximum download speeds may
be reduced. For each additional 100 GB of data overage during the month, subscribers' speeds may
be further reduced.
If subscribers pay for their data overages, then any corresponding reduction in download speed would be restored.
If subscribers will not pay for their data overages, then download speeds may remain at whatever reduced level
will bring that subscriber's data usage into compliance with the data caps of the subscriber's Service Plan.
