NOTICE OF CLAIMED INFRINGEMENT

Under the terms and conditions of our Internet Access Service Agreement downloading copyrighted material (such as movies) using BitTorrent® or other software is not allowed, since it constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, Title 17 United States Code Section 106(3).

If a subscriber to our Internet service is found to have illegally downloaded any copyright-protected material, we are sent a Notice of Claimed Infringement by the copyright holder or their authorized agent.

This notice will include the infringement details (example below):

If we receive a Notice of Claimed Infringement for one of our subscribers, we will forward this notice to that subscriber's email address.

To come into compliance with this Notice and our Agreement, the subscriber must:

1. Delete any copyrighted material that was illegally downloaded to his/her Internet access devices (e.g. computers, phones, tablets, etc).
   
   
2. Reply to the email sent to him/her (containing the Notice of Claimed Infringement) and let us know that all illegally downloaded materials were deleted.
